You don’t really need instructions, just a lot of plates. Dip rice pancakes in luke warm water and wrap’em’round whatever takes your fancy. These had prawns, cucumber, mint, chives, coriander, sweet basil, toasted peanuts, fish sauce, lime juice, rice vinegar, rocket chillies, garlic, kos lettuce, hoi-sin sauce.
Last nights meal..Helped along by a couple of glasses of Soave.
