BIGGER…BRIGHTER…BETTER….THATS WHAT A NEW WINDOW IS!
CLICK THE PICS AND SEE THEM AS THEY SHOULD BE
(OR YOU’LL MAKE ME CRY)
Is it a building or is it a cake?
With its pink and gold sugar frosting I had to stop myself from running over a and giving it a good lick……But for that tile Jesus, up there on the first floor, I probably would have done, but there’s something about sad looking Jesus’s that always make me a little uncomfortable…….Can’t help feeling there’s always a hint of reproach….
I’m a nice guy for chrissake…Lighten up!
Now if it’d been any other icon, Β Mickey Mouse, Che Guevara, maybe even the Virgin Mary,Β I’d have been well up for dashing over, lapping at a lintel and salivating over a sugary sill…..
Ah well…..
PLUS…. Adding insult to injury…….It made it far, far worse, when I went just around the corner and found Canary and Tomato, (both sporting rather splendid hats), looking all happy and jolly, welcoming and approachable, but on a dry, stale, desiccated, old biscuit of a building ………How unfair is that?
Both of these were taken in Almeria.

Thanks David…….
Almeria is one heck of a colourful city…..
Chuck some heavy handed polarization into the mix and you can’t go far wrong.

Maybe Canary and Tomato are on their way ’round the corner to celebrate with Birthday Cake Jesus. You’re heading made me think of those intelligence tests which ask, “What’s next in the sequence?” All I could think of was ‘Tomato, Canary, Jesus….Bagpipes!’ Ah, but probably not in Spain. So much for my intelligence!

Here’s a little known fact for you…The ‘Gaita’ is a common folk instrument in Northern Spain…It is, of course, a bag-pipe!
You’re not as daft as you think!

Perhaps my clairvoyance has returned!

Yes..That was my thought..
Though how useful the gift has proven thus far is debatable…….
But don’t give up Scilla…
Today bagpipes, tomorrow the roulette wheel.

It might be funny, but I’m worried I might be getting a visit from the Pope.
