Okay, that’s all very well, but not really what I’m here to talk about today.

No! Today I’m counting pixels and I’m weighing scales, (snigger), and it’s official!

Fish are like photos!

Size matters!

Just look at his grin… You can tell how pleased this chap is, he’s over the moon…..”Look at the size of mine! It’s a monster”.

Whereas one look at the chap below and you know you’re seeing a half-smile of disappointment, his “Sorry Madam, I’ve only got a tiddler” is written all over his face….

Maybe he draws consolation from that old chestnut, “it’s what you do with it that matters”, but, even seasoned, spiced, and beautifully presented, it might end up being tasty, but it will never be satisfying.

Life has its winners, and life has its losers…
